From 978858362dec63107ee57baef353bb5c7fa1a1da Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Schwitzz Date: Mon, 26 Oct 2026 23:30:47 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] =?UTF-8?q?feat(export):=20Chunk=20#6=20Export=20Pipeline?= =?UTF-8?q?=20=E2=80=94=207=20exporters,=20ExportDialog=20&=20tests?= MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Add the @pubscript/exporters package exporting a flattened ProseMirror project to Markdown, HTML, EPUB, DOCX, ODT and PDF, plus a deterministic generatedAt timestamp threaded through every format (ZIP entry dates, PDF /ID, DOCX dc:created/modified, EPUB id, HTML/XML footers) so golden files are byte-stable. Wire an ExportDialog into the web app (Topbar trigger, App route) with format selection, theme pick, and download helpers. Add round-trip and golden-file determinism tests (22) covering non-empty output, byte-identical re-exports, Markdown round-trip through the editor, and EPUB/ODT ZIP + mimetype + XML validation. --- apps/web/package.json | 1 + apps/web/src/App.tsx | 5 +- apps/web/src/components/Topbar.tsx | 11 +- apps/web/src/features/export/ExportDialog.tsx | 190 +++++++++ .../src/features/export/buildExportProject.ts | 33 ++ apps/web/src/features/export/download.ts | 39 ++ apps/web/src/features/export/formats.ts | 76 ++++ apps/web/src/main.tsx | 1 + apps/web/src/styles/export.css | 74 ++++ packages/exporters/package.json | 31 ++ packages/exporters/src/determinism.ts | 99 +++++ packages/exporters/src/docx.ts | 224 ++++++++++ packages/exporters/src/epub.ts | 284 +++++++++++++ packages/exporters/src/export.test.ts | 352 ++++++++++++++++ packages/exporters/src/html.ts | 151 +++++++ packages/exporters/src/index.ts | 134 ++++++ packages/exporters/src/md.ts | 111 +++++ packages/exporters/src/model.ts | 385 ++++++++++++++++++ packages/exporters/src/odt.ts | 178 ++++++++ packages/exporters/src/pdf.ts | 226 ++++++++++ packages/exporters/src/themes.ts | 174 ++++++++ packages/exporters/tsconfig.json | 9 + packages/exporters/vitest.config.ts | 9 + pnpm-lock.yaml | 308 ++++++++++++++ 24 files changed, 3103 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) create mode 100644 apps/web/src/features/export/ExportDialog.tsx create mode 100644 apps/web/src/features/export/buildExportProject.ts create mode 100644 apps/web/src/features/export/download.ts create mode 100644 apps/web/src/features/export/formats.ts create mode 100644 apps/web/src/styles/export.css create mode 100644 packages/exporters/package.json create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/determinism.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/docx.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/epub.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/export.test.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/html.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/index.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/md.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/model.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/odt.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/pdf.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/src/themes.ts create mode 100644 packages/exporters/tsconfig.json create mode 100644 packages/exporters/vitest.config.ts diff --git a/apps/web/package.json b/apps/web/package.json index 8d29eef..e273cde 100644 --- a/apps/web/package.json +++ b/apps/web/package.json @@ -14,6 +14,7 @@ "dependencies": { "@pubscript/core": "workspace:*", "@pubscript/editor": "workspace:*", + "@pubscript/exporters": "workspace:*", "@pubscript/ui": "workspace:*", "react": "^19.0.0", "react-dom": "^19.0.0", diff --git a/apps/web/src/App.tsx b/apps/web/src/App.tsx index da36317..af2952b 100644 --- a/apps/web/src/App.tsx +++ b/apps/web/src/App.tsx @@ -1,6 +1,7 @@ import { useState, useEffect } from "react"; import { Routes, Route } from "react-router-dom"; import { Sidebar, Topbar, CommandPalette } from "./components/index.js"; +import { ExportDialog } from "./features/export/ExportDialog.js"; import { ToastViewport } from "@pubscript/ui"; import Write from "./routes/Write.js"; import { Characters } from "./routes/Characters.js"; @@ -26,6 +27,7 @@ const NAV = [ export default function App() { const [paletteOpen, setPaletteOpen] = useState(false); + const [exportOpen, setExportOpen] = useState(false); useEffect(() => { const onKey = (e: KeyboardEvent) => { @@ -41,7 +43,7 @@ export default function App() { return (
